Congo Trek
This is actually a really intresting and insightful interactive narrative, especially for me as i used to live in Congo as a child. There is a lot you can do on the Congo trek making it very visual and interactive for the user. The narrative follows a conservationist called Michael Fay on his trek through congo. the site allows you to follow his trek though a map viewed thtough a magnifying glass, at each signifiacnt spot you can click on and view what was there and what he did. each part giving you more information or pictures on that part of the trek. a part of the virtual enviroment i especially liked was a 360 walkaround which puts you in the middle of the jungle, you can click on different objects which then take you to some more information about that or a video, for a example a gorilla you click on takes you to a video on gorillas and thier packs. It also uses sound to mke you feel like you are actually in the jungle, which is a nice touch.
